This process ensures that the results genuinely reflect the sentiments of our team members. The survey assesses 15 crucial culture drivers that significantly contribute to an organization's success, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation.

As the Life Balance Sponsor at the event, American Prep was privileged to share our commitment to helping our employees find success at home as well as at work. Carolyn Sharette, our Executive Director, graciously received our award and addressed the group of over 650 attendees, sharing insightful reflections on the importance of life-balance for all employees with families. She emphasized how APA has successfully implemented strategies to promote a harmonious balance between professional and personal life for our employees, providing child care services, preschool, and K-12 education, allowing parents and children to come to work and school together. Her address challenged other businesses to consider offering these important Life Balance opportunities to their employee families.
Our proactive approach to employee support extends to nurturing leadership with innovative programs specifically designed to advance career development for our employees. These initiatives include training, licensing, and resources to ensure work-life balance is attainable for all parents.

American Preparatory Academy has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022! The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage LLC, partnering with the Salt Lake Tribune. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization."Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.
